Sales policy: All sales on books and bird feeds are final. All manufacturers warranties are passed on to the end-user. We will assist on your behalf to resolve any disputes. ALL RETURNS, order discrepancies, and exchanges must be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods or no credits or exchanges will be allowed. All returns MUST be accompanied by an RMA# ( obtain by calling 1-800-472-7768) and be displayed prominently on box(s). Unauthorized returns are not guaranteed a refund and will be charged in any case a 20% re-stocking fee. No refunds are given on used merchandise, or live birds. Freight is non-refundable, and purchaser is responsible for any returned freight charges.

Shopping online is easy. You may browse the storefront areas by major catagories of bird products. Each section has a secure shopping cart function for available products described that allows for selecting quantity, color, size, with prices clearly marked. Just click on the -add to cart- button that will bring up a display of your shopping cart. You may then continue shopping or proceed to the check-out purchasing screen.

At all times you may add or remove items from your cart and view the sub-total amount. Look for this view cart graphic  and click on it to make changes. Verify the accuracy of description, price, and number of items any time your viewing the cart. Click on check-mark next to cart items you're wishing to remove then press the "remove from cart" button

From the view cart screen, or pressing the above graphic, you will be taken to a check out counter-just like at Walmart. Carefully fill in all the requested information -name -address- phone & e-mail. Then fill out credit card information, (We don't ship COD.), and then press submit order button. You will get immediate confirmation that your order was securely sent to our server. Easy-all most fun- and safer than conventional sales at a local store.
